Why this exists

Every ADHD program you've tried has felt like homework.

Planners. Systems. Habit trackers. Color-coded calendars.
You know the drill โ€” and you know how long you used them.

โœ—
You know what to do โ€” you just can't make yourself start.
โœ—
The structure feels like a cage โ€” built for different brains. Avoided by yours.
โœ—
The shame spiral โ€” "Why can't I just do the thing?"
โœ—
Tips that work once โ€” great on Monday, gone by Wednesday.
๐Ÿ’ก
If it's not fun, nobody does it.
That's a design problem. PlayLab is the fix.
"Nobody learns when they're bored or being talked at."
โ€” The PlayLab design principle
โœฆ The PlayLab answer
๐ŸŽฎ
Structure designed as play.
Games with real mechanisms. Real results. No planners.
โšก
10 games. 10 patterns.
Every session ends with something actually done.
๐Ÿ†
Actual results, before you leave.
Not insights to sit with. Real output. Every time.
Fun is the system. When getting stuff done feels like playing, you stop avoiding it.

How it works

Structure designed as play.

Competitive ยท Silly ยท Social ยท Creative ยท Physical

"Wait โ€” I thought I was just playing a game." Yep. And you also just made a decision, cleared a task, and built a habit. Funny how that works.

๐ŸŽฏ
Games, not homework
Every session ends with a real output โ€” a decision made, a task done, a boundary named. Not an insight to "sit with." Real results for adults with ADHD, before you leave.
โšก
5 to 20 minutes each
Short enough to start. Long enough to go somewhere. Designed for brains that need momentum before mastery โ€” not a 12-week program before you see results.
๐ŸŽฒ
Five play types, zero boring ones
Competitive, silly, social, creative, physical. Whatever version of you showed up today โ€” there's a game for them. ADHD productivity doesn't have to feel like productivity.
๐Ÿ”—
Habit stacking built in
Solo games attach to what you already do. Coffee. Netflix. Brushing teeth. No new time slots, no willpower required. Just borrowed momentum from your existing life.

The 5-Minute Dare

The task you've been avoiding? You're not doing it. You're just daring yourself to do 5 minutes of it. That's a completely different thing to your brain.

What's the thing you've been avoiding?
5:00
Go. Right now. Eyes on the task.
๐Ÿ†
You did it.
That thing you've been avoiding? You just started it. The hardest part is always starting. You're already in.

Still on the fence?

Real questions.
Real answers.

๐Ÿ”„
"I've tried everything. Why would this be different?"
Because everything you've tried was built for a different brain. PlayLab isn't adapted from neurotypical systems โ€” it's built from scratch for brains that reject boring. The mechanism is the fun. That changes everything.
๐Ÿง
"Do I need an official ADHD diagnosis?"
No diagnosis required. PlayLab is for anyone who knows what they should be doing but can't make themselves do it โ€” officially ADHD, suspected ADHD, or just someone whose brain runs differently.
๐Ÿš€
"I'm an entrepreneur / creative โ€” is this for me?"
Especially for you. Entrepreneurs and creatives have big visions, fast minds, and zero tolerance for boring systems. PlayLab was designed for exactly that โ€” high potential, low patience for homework.

Borrow momentum from
things you already do.

No new time slots. No willpower. Every solo game attaches to something already happening in your day.

Anchor
Coffee maker turns on
The toll
Dishwasher emptied + reloaded
Before the first cup pours
Unlocked
Coffee. Zero guilt. You earned this.

Why it works when everything else doesn't

The task has to be smaller than the anchor. The second it feels bigger than the reward, your brain rejects the deal. That is the whole design.

The anchor has to be non-negotiable. Coffee, Netflix, toothbrush โ€” these happen regardless. You are borrowing their momentum, not building new willpower.

You are not building new habits. You are hijacking existing ones. That is not cheating โ€” that is game design.

Experiential Learning Team Building Communication Skills Somatic Practices Community Builder Playful by Design

The person who made ADHD coaching actually fun.

Suzanna Dreifelds is a facilitator, coach, and culture creator with deep roots in experiential learning, team building, communication skills, and somatic practices.

She has worked with entrepreneurs, corporations, leadership teams, community organizations, schools, and seniors โ€” basically everyone, everywhere, doing everything. And she kept noticing the same thing: people know what to do. They just stop doing it the second it stops being interesting.

PlayLab is her answer. Structure that feels like recess. Systems that work because they are actually fun to use. Results that happen because nobody got bored long enough to quit.

What people say about working with Suzanna
"Great listener, you ask great questions to get to the deeper level of something, relatable af!"
Jacey Mazurek
"It feels safe to spend time with someone who isn't there to judge but to support."
Kelly Beaton
"You give space for who we are at the moment and who we have the potential to become."
Estela Adriana Alarcรณn

Got questions?

The things your ADHD brain is quietly asking.

Do I need to prepare anything before the session?+
Nothing. Genuinely zero prep required. Don't read anything, don't think about what you want to work on, don't write a list. Just show up. The whole point of PlayLab is that it works with you as you arrive โ€” not the version of you that had three weeks to get ready.
Is this therapy? Do I need to have an ADHD diagnosis?+
Not therapy. Not clinical. No diagnosis required. PlayLab is for anyone who knows what they should be doing but can't make themselves do it โ€” whether that's officially ADHD, suspected ADHD, or just someone who finds most productivity systems deeply boring and avoids them accordingly.
What if I'm late, or I have to leave early?+
Come anyway. Each game is self-contained, so you can drop in and get value even if you miss the start. If you have to leave early, you'll still play at least 2 games โ€” which is still more than most people accomplish in a week of "trying to be productive."
I've tried everything. Why would this be different?+
Because everything you've tried was designed for a different kind of brain. PlayLab isn't adapted from neurotypical productivity systems โ€” it's built from scratch for people whose brains reject boring. The mechanism is the fun. That's not a philosophy. That's a design decision that changes how the whole thing works.
What if it doesn't work for me?+
We guarantee you leave with one real result โ€” one decision made, one task done, one identity card in your wallet. If that doesn't happen, we refund your seat. No questions. Zero risk.
Can I come alone, or do I need to bring someone?+
Come alone. Most people do. The group format actually makes it better โ€” other people's energy, laughter, and weirdness is part of what makes the games work. You'll leave with new people who get it, which is its own kind of reward.
Where exactly is it and what do I need to bring?+
Revolution Therapy & Wellness, Calgary. Full address comes in your confirmation email after booking. Bring yourself, maybe a notebook if you like writing things down, and something to drink. Everything else is provided.
What happens after Ignition โ€” is there more?+
Yes. Ignition is the entry point. If you want to go deeper, PlayLab: Full Game is a 4-session cohort series that covers all 10 patterns across 4 weeks. Most Ignition participants want to continue โ€” you'll hear about it at the end of the session, no pressure.
